Hoe DAC op juiste manier aan LPF koppelen?

Heb een DAC met een uitgangs impedantie van rond de 100 Ohm. Wil daar een (6-pole, Sallen-Key) low-pass filter achter hangen. Maar hoe koppel dat filter aan de DAC op de juiste manier?
