Dan heb ik nog een ideetje... Kan de trafo door een externe oorzaak (kortsluitinkje ergens) te heet zijn geworden en daardoor zijn thermische zekering hebben opgeblazen? Daar is soms nog wel een mouw aan te passen.

Vaak zit de thermische zekering tussen 2 pootjes aan de primaire kant, 1 pootje lijkt van buiten onbezet maar daar is een uiteinde van de wikkeling verbonden aan de thermische zekering. In andere gevallen moet je de folie voorzichtig opensnijden om de zekering te vinden.

Deze tuners zitten bomvol zeer, zeer slechte Philips elco's. Van die hemelsblauwe dingen, die al verliepen toen het ding pas enkele jaren oud was. Ze verlopen door het hele apparaat heen, dus ook BUITEN de voeding. Ik heb legio van deze tuners gerepareerd, soms moest driekwart van alle blauwe Philips elco's vervangen worden. Met een goede captester eens een steekproef nemen, geen captester die op een multimeter zit. Ik gebruik een bouwpakket captester uit de Electuur.
Bij vage bedieningsfouten vrijwel altijd elco problemen. Dat ie slecht stereo ontvangt ligt vaak aan verlopen MF trimmer(s). De paralelc's die inwendig zitten, verlopen waardoor de kring niet meer fatsoenlijk in resonantie komt. Dan is het ook: dag stereo...

Bedoel je dan een ESR-tester? De tester op m'n multimeter geeft bij goede elco's dezelfde waarde aan als m'n ESR-tester (Elektuur).

Ik heb via een kennis bij Philips toch nog een nieuwe trafo kunnen bemachtigen voor mijn tuner.
Ik heb met de cap-tester van m'n multimeter de elco's doorgemeten en er waren er inderdaad best wel wat verlopen, dus die heb ik vervangen.
Nu werkt m'n tuner weer perfect

Let goed op of de trafo niet heet wordt, misschien zit er nog wel ergens een lekstroompje.

Speciaal voor die dingen is er ook www.eserviceinfo.com dat is toch de plaats waar iedereen in principe ook zoekt als er een schema nodig is

May I suggest using translate.google.com? I was referring to eserviceinfo.com as a good place for Rontronix to upload the documentation to, after Jochem suggested uploadarchief (archief means archive), which is a general purpose site mainly meant to store things like pictures.

I return to my problem FT144 tuner audio.
I checked the voltage at the secondary of power transformer,tuner out,
I 4volts on a winding and 8volts on the other, which I guess is okay because I did not find these values on the diagram .
The 4volts for IC7365 (the display).
When I turn on the tuner, the voltage drops to 6.43 volts (up to 8v) and the other to 3.43 volts (up to 4v).
I sought after characteristics of IC7365 for the minimum voltage of work but I found nothing
What is your opinion? I find these voltage drops fairly important.
This may explain that the tuner does not light or it turns from time to time?
I think the transformer is dead .... and you?
Can anyone confirm to me the 2 output voltages of the transformer: 8VAC and 4Vac?
