Also das Troubleshooting.

Sorry, I can read most of what you wrote in German but not write it.

Test components like diodes, transistors and mosfets. In case of doubt desolder them first.
Measure resistors and electrolytic caps (for C and ESR, or better C and D)
Search the datasheet for the smps controller IC. Then check if the right signals at the pins are there. (Look with a scope if the mosfet is switching)

If you do not have the gear and knowledge to operate them to test these things, it becomes pretty difficult and the only option then is to exchange parts in the hope one was bad. Often you then end up with more damage so be careful.

No fumar espanõl senior!

Then that is the problem. I'm 200% sure there are no GΩ resistors in a smps. So that resistor seems to be open so dead. Replace that first.

You probably have the colors wrong. If it is the resistor that is limiting the current for the opto led then it will be absolute not in the giga ohms. It wil be a few hundred to a few thousandth ohm. 99,9999999999% of everything electronic ever made will not have Giga ohm resistors.

What does that resistor measure?
If you have tested the opto with a lab powersupply and that resistor and the opto is OK then the resistor must be OK too. If you tested the opto on a power supply and without a resistor, then the opto will be now dead.

The right way to test an opto is measuring the current transfer ratio(CTR) . You need 2 labsupplies and 2 multimeters to do that. But a go-no go test can be done with 2 DMM's. Opto's die not often but after many years the CTR can become to low.

Check those ceramic resistors. Some of those can be fusible. Have you tested diodes, transistors and mosfets already? Use the diode test of you DMM. Most times you need to desolder them first. (In situ is possible in some cases but you need experience to know when the measurement is correct.

SMPS are not easy if you have no knowledge and no gear. Normally you search the datasheet of the smps controller and use a scope (and diff probe) to see if it is switching. If it is not switching and the mosfet is good and the correct voltasges are on all pins then the IC is dead. Without a scope you will not know. Sometimes a thermal camera will show if it is getting to hot or stays stone cold. Most things that fail in consumer stuff are electrolytics.

Nobody beats the 100%. Don't overeact, keep it simple.

Look at this resistor, it does not look good. This could be a fusible resistor.

Where is that 2,24 ohm resistor located? What is it's function?

Here's the Service Manual :-)
Then you can look up the value of the resistor ;-)

Part 1/2

That opto still will be good then. A buttoncel can not deliver enough current and 500 ohm is also enough protection. Optos do die but that is rare. If they are the problem then the led has become dimmer and the transitor wil not switch totally on due to a lower CTR.

OK, so that is "the" resistor. That is probably a fusible resistor. That is a resistor that goes open without burning. But that is not very good news, it is open because something downstream failed major and drew to much current. Often there is more dead and the resistor did his job by going open. My first guess would be the "switch" probably a MOSFET.

[bijlage]
