Uit een oude versie van een Cincon EC5SBW serie datasheet,deze heb ik 'helaas' niet:
Infineon heeft de package van de BTS50080-1TMA (https://www.infineon.com/cms/en/product/power/smart-power-switches/hig…) PG-TO220-7-4 genoemd.
Het is een SMD device, JEDEC standaardnaam TO263CA. TO220 zijn TH devices..
(Alle andere PG-TO220 packages bij Infineon zijn ook gewoon TH, en infineon kent ook PG-TO263 packages. Alleen heeft iemand bij deze package een foutje gemaakt in de naamgeving. En daar komen ze nu niet meer vanaf)
Nog eentje, uit de datasheet van de Microchip ATTiny1616:
600mA voor een AVR op 1MHz bij 5V?
De datascheet voor de Automotive versie klopt wel (600uA)
